  I have recently purchased a new home which I will be moving in December 2016. I looked to Jennifer Sim for help at the Gibson's B.C. location. I was in need of getting set up for insurance for the new property. It is a confusing process and she has been more than helpful with me.   Merle Lund was my advisor and she was fantastic. I had to renew 3 separate policies and Merle handled it with ease. She was very friendly and efficient and I will recommend her and Westland to all of my friends.

  I have been dealing with Westland for several years. We have always found the staff and service to generally great. However, I wish to express some specific comments in relation to one individual in particular, the Branch Manager, Jennifer Sim. i have had the distinct pleasure and privilege in dealing with Jennifer on a few occasions to date. Jennifer possesses attributes of customer service, product knowledge, persona and all else related, that transcend ordinary superlatives. The experience from a client's perspective is so profoundly unique, that becoming or converting into a Westland brand loyalist, becomes a given! Her in-depth product knowledge enables her to present product options and alternatives that are nuanced for specifically addressing tailoring in accord with the client's situation. Her personable manner, warm reception and proactivity, clearly sets new trends in customer service and satisfaction, setting the bar to unprecedented levels. In today's business environments of pressure driven input for fast outcomes, these Jennifer trade- marked characteristics, shine like a welcome beacon amidst usually mediocre and impersonal service ethics.
