  Staff was friendly and welcoming. Very personable and caring vibe while in the office. Called in about my possible abscessed tooth and cheek swelling. Worried it could become serious as the infection is so close to my brain. Got me in the next day first thing. The examination came up pretty unclear. Possibly due to my taking Tylenol before what I thought was going to be a root canal. Possibly because they don't have the correct imaging equipment for dealing with root canals. Either way, they couldn't pinpoint the tooth causing the problem.

  They informed me that they are unable to perform a root canal at their office. Was told that no dentist on the sunshine coast actually does root canals, and I would need to see a specialist in Vancouver. Which was way out of my price range, being around $2000. Would have been nice to know right away that there was nothing they would be able to do for an abscessed tooth in need of a root canal. Upon further research, I have discovered there is a dentist in Gibson's that does actually perform root canals. Not sure if they were afraid of loosing my business to another dentist in town, or get a kick back from their referrals to this endodontist, but not really impressed.

  I was prescribed some antibiotics and told to head to the ER if things got any worse. Not much else they could do.

  Very likely the best, most gentle dentist I've ever encountered. Welcoming staff and very friendly atmosphere.

  Awesome staff, I felt very cared for, even though they were very busy, I was fit in with a semi emergency ,at the last minute at Christmas.
