  Worst service i have ever had in my life. The staff is unfriendly and rude and just ignore customers. Would not recommend this location and would give negative stars if i could

  Always very rude staff, terrible customer service, they always get our orders wrong. This morning, of the four sandwiches we ordered, they got two wrong. When I had them remake it, they didn't toast it (yuck). They always put meat on my sandwich, though I specify I'm vegetarian. I'm starting to think they are doing it on purpose. I doubt I will be going back after the last few times. Oh well, I shouldn't be giving them my money anyway, they use such crappy ingredients, and the doughnuts are usually stale.

  A double-double tastes different every time.. Legit the worst tims in all of Canada. I swear they only made fresh coffee in the morning, for the remainder of the day it all tastes burnt or bitter. Often the taste is unbearable
