    I ordered the "Vegan Canadian" because I am vegan, Canadian and allergic to dairy, but I was not told that they were out of vegan cheese that day so they just put some dairy based cheese on it instead. Half way into the pizza we realised that something wasn't right. Called to let them know, but instead of an apology we were told to call their call center. A supervisor at the call center took our statement even though we didn't ask for it, but we were told that they take these kinds of things very seriously and that we get a call from someone at their Gibsons location within two business days. Over a week later, we're still waiting for call...
